first time to see Meg Stuwart's work

I went to Aveiro to see Meg Stuwart's work, "Sand Table". This is first time to touch with her performance and really interesting. But it also reminded me the question about the spectacle, "how does the visual work in Contemporary Dance in important?" In the performance, two dancers were just manupulating sands, I could not get what 'their body' spoke to spectators.
